With a lifelong passion for sports and fitness, I started my own journey playing basketball at the age of 10. This led me to pursue higher education in the United States on an athletic scholarship, and I later played professionally in Sweden, Finland, England, and Slovakia.

Today, as a personal trainer, I specialise in functional training, bodyweight exercises, and sport-specific training. I believe in optimising overall fitness by focusing on functional movements that improve strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. I also incorporate bodyweight exercises that challenge your body using its own resistance, enhancing core strength and body control.
